Sunworld Travels, Inc., acts only in the capacity of a travel agent for clients by making arrangements for transportation by air or coach, sightseeing or hotel accommodation. 

All travel arrangements made by Sunworld Travels, Inc, are made on participant's behalf upon express condition that neither Sunworld Travels, Inc, its agents nor its suppliers shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its or theirs negligence for any direct, indirect irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, hotel, sightseeing provider, or local ground-handler, which is to or does supply any services for the trip given by the company. Participant understands that the Sunworld Travels, Inc., neither owns nor operates the airlines nor hotels. Sunworld Travels, Inc., accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality, or authenticity of any goods purchased while on travel or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements. The general conditions under which the participant agrees to utilize the services may not be amended in any way, except in writing signed by an authorized officer of Sunworld Travels, Inc. 

By utilizing the services of Sunworld Travels Inc, the participant agree that the exclusive venue for all claims, actions or proceedings shall be the county of Los Angeles, State of California, and such claims shall be determined according to the laws and jurisdiction of the state of California. The issuance of tickets, coupons, and all travel documents shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions and to these terms and conditions.
